 9SMn28 cutting steel purpose: to make less demanding on the mechanical properties of the various parts such as bolts, nuts, pins, shafts, fittings and spark plug jacket

 Manganese of Mn: 0.70 ~ 1.00 Sulfur S: 0.10 to 0.20 Phosphorus P: 0.08 ~ 0.15
